Hello, I'm Katie Henry, a dedicated loan originator with a thriving career since June 2017. What inspired me to pursue a career in the mortgage industry was my passion for helping others. Guiding people through residential financing while collaborating with real estate affiliates felt like a perfect match for me, and I haven't looked back since! I absolutely love my career choice and find fulfillment in making clients' dreams of homeownership come true.

Florida, specifically Hernando County, holds a special place in my heart as my home. As a fourth-generation Floridian, I cherish the supportive community where everyone uplifts each other. Working with family and friends on their personal transactions is an extra special experience, as their trust in my abilities means the world to me.

Specializing in all types of loans, from Conforming to Non-QM, my team and I are well-equipped to help our clients navigate their unique financing needs.

My approach to working with clients is empathetic and understanding. I put myself in their shoes, ensuring I earn their trust by addressing their needs and concerns, and keeping communication open with my team to guarantee a positive experience throughout the process.

Staying updated on the latest trends and changes in the mortgage industry is vital. I continuously educate myself by reading, following industry experts on social media and in the news, understanding guidelines, and learning from fellow originators. Working for a reputable company with supportive leaders also contributes to our success.

In my perspective, NOW is always the right time to buy real estate. I've witnessed market changes and am uniquely qualified to navigate through challenges. I'm there for my clients, helping them overcome fears and anxieties about the homebuying process, always seeing the glass as half-full.

Outside of work, I cherish time by the saltwater, whether on a boat or at the beach with my family. My two beautiful children keep me busy with their activities, but I also find relaxation on my front porch with a good book in hand. Community involvement is essential to me, and I am proud to be a member of the Advisory Board for our local YMCA. Supporting our community's positive and safe environment is close to my heart.
